Profiling. Roof panels always have a corrugated surface, which increases their rigidity, while wall panels can be both smooth and profiled.

Metal thickness. In roof panels, the outer metal layer, as a rule, is thicker than in wall panels, which increases their resistance to mechanical stress.

Waterproofing. Roof sandwich panels have special locking joints that prevent leaks, which is especially important for roofing. Wall panels also have sealing systems, but they differ in design.

Inclination. Roof panels are installed with a slope to ensure the removal of precipitation, while wall panels are mounted vertically or at a slight angle.
