Special attention should also be paid to drainage systems. They should be cleaned in a timely manner from natural blockages.

To prevent the formation of ice crust in the system of external drainage (hanging gutters, vertical drainpipes, other elements of drainage), the outer and inner sides of this section of the building is desirable to be equipped with additional heating elements. This will allow in the shortest possible time to eliminate the formation of ice, prolong the life of the roof.

REPAIR WORKS

If even minor traces of damage to the panels or their joints are detected, it is necessary to make repairs immediately. If the galvanized coating has retained its integrity, you can apply a single layer of special paint to prevent the formation of metal corrosion. If deep scratches are detected, they should be thoroughly treated.

Before starting paint repair work, the treated place should be covered with a layer of white spirit. Subsequent application of a layer of paint should apply only to the damaged areas. Before you start painting, it is necessary to assess the condition of the damaged coatings. The old paint should be scrubbed off as much as possible so that the surface is relatively smooth. Cracks and crevices should be primed.

It is recommended to repaint damaged elements using a pneumatic sprayer. When working with polyurethane paints, the instructions for use should be followed.

It is recommended to replace excessively damaged panels as follows:

• Sequentially dismantling the profile sheets;
• Loosening the self-tapping screw fasteners;
• Alternately unbending and removing the panel sheets.

Depending on the damage to the panels, it is sometimes necessary to replace the entire row.

FEATURES OF PANEL REMOVAL

• Determine the number of damaged panel slabs, remove framing fasteners;
• if damage is found on one panel, adjacent sheets should also be removed. In order not to completely remove adjacent sheets, it is necessary to loosen the fastening elements, pull it aside for 20 cm;
• following the installation recommendations, insert a new fragment of the fence;
• to install the bent planes they should be brought to a perpendicular position to the ground, tightly pressed along the entire length to the new roof sandwich panel;
• fix the construction elements with fasteners.

Replacement of other damaged wall elements is carried out in the same way. If there is a need, the panels should be covered with metal cladding, fixing them with rivets every 20 cm. After the work is completed, the reinforcement with fasteners is removed.

FEATURES OF REPLACEMENT OF ROAD PANELS

If the corrugated roofing sheet has been damaged, replacement of the failed elements should be carried out according to the following technology:

• calculate the damaged panels to be replaced, unscrew the fasteners from the roofing sheets;
• dismantle the damaged corrugated roofing sheets, together with which the adjacent panels should be removed;
• install new panel sheets using sealant, treating both the sheets to be installed and the corrugated roofing sheets to be replaced with a sealing compound; install the new panel sheets, treating both the sheets to be installed and the corrugated roofing sheets to be replaced with a sealing compound. The two final sheets are installed simultaneously by aligning the joint corners, installing the panels in the desired position;
• installed panels should be fastened according to the installation instructions for roofing corrugated sheets.

Strictly observing the rules of installation techniques of sandwich panels you can hope for a long life of fast-erected buildings. Proper care, timely cleaning from contaminants can increase the durability of the structure, but it is necessary to monitor possible damage on a regular basis.
