  • Packaging. The panels must be packed in protective materials that prevent mechanical damage and moisture. For this, polyethylene films, cardboard inserts and wooden pallets are used.
  • Loading the panels onto the vehicle. For loading and unloading sandwich panels, it is necessary to use special mechanisms such as cranes and forklifts. This avoids damage and deformation of the panels.
  • Fixing the panels on the vehicle. The panels must be securely fixed with slings and fasteners. It is important to know how to place the slings under the sandwich panels so as not to damage their surface and preserve their geometry. To do this, you can use soft gaskets between the slings and panels, as well as evenly distribute the slings along the entire length of the panel to avoid distortions and deformations.

Compliance with these stages allows you to safely transport sandwich panels over long distances without the risk of damage and loss of their operational properties.

  • Preliminary inspection of the vehicle. Before loading, it is necessary to make sure that the vehicle is in good condition and equipped with the necessary fasteners.
  • Uniform weight distribution. The panels should be evenly distributed over the entire body area to avoid distortion and damage.
  • Use of protective materials. Protective materials should be laid between the panels to prevent their friction and mechanical damage.
  • Monitoring the condition of panels. During transportation, the condition of the panels and fasteners must be checked periodically to prevent possible damage.
